Prabhakaran, hailing from Vaali Nagar in North Madras, had a troubling childhood. As a grown-up man, he wants to give the youth of Vaali Nagar a better shot at life and works hard to empower them. We get a flashback of Prabhakaran’s life where he was imprisoned by the police for a crime which he did not commit. For the police, Prabha coming from Vaali Nagar is enough reason to conclude that he could have been involved in the murder committed by other youngsters.
